 How much does it cost?

 Is a deposit required?
Full payment is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled no later than 48 hours prior to the flight time.

 How long is each flight?
The flight time depends on which ticket you have purchased; normally each flight in the tunnel is slightly more than the freefall during skydiving which is less than one minute in length. So if you have a single flight you will fly one minute. You can add flights @ $20 each to fly more.

 Who can fly?
iFLY Hollywood flys people from ages 3 to 103, so it is fun for every generation in your family. Children under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver. If you have prior shoulder dislocations or back or neck problems, you should not fly.

 Is there a weight limit?
Yes, it is based on your height to weight ratio: If you're under 6ft tall you must be below 230lbs, if you're over 6ft tall you must be below 250lbs.

 When do I need to arrive for my flight?
You need to arrive 45 minutes before your flight time, please allow time for traffic and parking.

 Do I need to make a reservation?
iFLY Hollywood suggests that you make a flight reservation in advance, you can buy your tickets online here. Due to the increasing popularity of bodyflight sessions, available slots sell out quickly. Remember you need to be here 45 minutes before your flight time.

 Can I do tricks and flips in the tunnel?
iFLY Hollywood's first concern is for your safety in the flight chamber, so tricks or flips are done by experienced flyers only. Some flyers are able to do turns and move up and down and front to back on their first flight. Be sure to ask your instructor how to advance your flight skills. Once you develop those skills, you will find tunnel flying to be one of the most exciting sports you've ever experienced.

 Are you open every day?
Yes we are open 365 days a year, our hours vary during the seasons and are extended during weekends and holidays, give us a call to find out exactly what times we're open. We are located at Universal CityWalk, behind the Hard Rock Café next to Jillian’s. Book your flight time online, or just feel free to come by and watch people fly, it is amazing.

 What is an iFLY wind tunnel?
iFLY Hollywood is a vertical wind tunnel with fans placed at the top in order to draw air up past you in the flight chamber. You will experience flight in a controlled environment, providing you just the right amount of air flow for the utmost flight enjoyment.

 What is bodyflight?
Indoor bodyflight is the skill of flying your body in a controlled manner in a wind tunnel. Due to the quality of airflow and professional instruction iFLY offers, iFLY wind tunnels are the perfect environment for the quickest development of this skill.

 Is iFLY safe?
iFLY's unique wall-to-wall air column design and professionally trained instructors allow flyers to safely enjoy their flight session. Your flight instructor is with you throughout your entire flight experience.

 What is included with my flight?
iFLY offers various packages. Every first flight package includes your training session, use of all the flight gear, your flight time in the tunnel, hands-on personal assistance from your instructor during flight time, and an iFLY flight certificate. Don't forget to purchase your flight DVD

 Can I fly with my friends or family members?
We fly several people in each class. Your friends/family will be part of the same group; however, you will fly one at a time in the flight chamber and benefit from one-on-one interaction with your instructor. Once you have gained more flight experience then you will be able to fly with others of the same skill level in the tunnel. If someone chooses just to watch, they are welcome to accompany you through your experience and can watch from the complimentary observation area.

 Is iFLY scary?
iFLY is not scary! There is no jumping, no falling and no experience needed; you are simply floating on a column of air. There is no sensation of falling, dizziness, or anything else that would make you suffer the effects of motion sickness.

 Do you validate parking?
Yes we do! Be sure to park in the Jurassic parking garage Valet, they'll give you a parking ticket which we can validate. With our validation you get 2.5 hours free. The pricing afterwards fluctuates so be sure to check with Universal Studios parking to find out the current rate.
